iink Endorsements Services (“iink,” “we”, or “us”) owns and operates this website, however accessed (“Website”), and other mobile applications (“App”) we make available to you (collectively, the “Site”) as an iink Business Client. The purpose of this iink Client Specific Privacy Policy (the “Client Privacy Policy”) is to describe how iink collects, uses and shares information about and from our Business Clients (“Client”, “you”, “your”) through our Site. The Site, among other things, consists of a business to business Website and Apps that are directed to our Clients who generally own, manage, or provide services to various homeowner insureds (collectively, “Customer(s)”) to whom iink also provides services. iink’s services enable Clients to manage a Customer’s payment from Insurance proceeds to Client and enables iink to facilitate the insurance check endorsement process for Customer. Clients who engage our services may provide access to certain authorized users (“Authorized Users”) to certain parts of our Site. To the extent iink collects personal information from you on the Site, that information is generally limited to the personally identifying information that you use in the context of your Client/Authorized User relationship with us (“Business Personal Information”) but may at times include personal information as described more specifically below. In other instances our Site will collect other information in order to deliver our services or as part of operating our Site. We may collect information about you, as further described below:

iink collects Business Personal Information from you when you create an account or otherwise access or use services on our Site. This information may relate to your business contact information, including that of your Authorized Users and/or your service provider’s business contact information, and may include your (a) name; (b) business name; (c) business address; (d) telephone number; (e) fax number; (f) email address; (g) state issued professional license number; (h) commercial liability insurance number; (i) ein/tin; (j) client business financial account number.

3. Customer Information for an Endorsement Request

In order to use iink’s services to manage payments for services you render and seek to have paid from Customer’s insurance claims, you must submit a request for iink to reach out to that Customer for our endorsement services (“Endorsement Request”). When you submit an Endorsement Request, you will provide us the name and email address of your Customer. It is your responsibility to provide any required notices to and obtain any required consents from Customer in providing that information to iink. iink will email Customer at the email address provided and separately collect Customer’s information subject to the iink Privacy Policy https://iink.com/privacy-policy#consumer.

4. Other Information

In addition to the information outlined above, we may automatically collect or receive additional information relating to your use of the Site (collectively, “Other Information”).
