iink Endorsements Services (“iink,” “we”, or “us”) owns and operates this website, however accessed (“Website”), and other mobile applications (“App”) we make available to you (collectively, the “Site”) as an iink Business Client. The purpose of this iink Client Specific Privacy Policy (the “Client Privacy Policy”) is to describe how iink collects, uses and shares information about and from our Business Clients (“Client”, “you”, “your”) through our Site. Please read this notice carefully to understand our privacy practices. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Client Privacy Policy.

1. What Information We Collect

The information we collect varies depending on the type of activity you are performing on the Site or how you use the services. The Site, among other things, consists of a business to business Website and Apps that are directed to our Clients who generally own, manage, or provide services to various homeowner insureds (collectively, “Customer(s)”) to whom iink also provides services. iink’s services enable Clients to manage a Customer’s payment from Insurance proceeds to Client and enables iink to facilitate the insurance check endorsement process for Customer. Clients who engage our services may provide access to certain authorized users (“Authorized Users”) to certain parts of our Site. To the extent iink collects personal information from you on the Site, that information is generally limited to the personally identifying information that you use in the context of your Client/Authorized User relationship with us (“Business Personal Information”) but may at times include personal information as described more specifically below. In other instances our Site will collect other information in order to deliver our services or as part of operating our Site. We may collect information about you, as further described below:

2. Business Personal Information That You Provide Us

iink collects Business Personal Information from you when you create an account or otherwise access or use services on our Site. This information may relate to your business contact information, including that of your Authorized Users and/or your service provider’s business contact information, and may include your (a) name; (b) business name; (c) business address; (d) telephone number; (e) fax number; (f) email address; (g) state issued professional license number; (h) commercial liability insurance number; (i) ein/tin; (j) client business financial account number.

3. Customer Information for an Endorsement Request

In order to use iink’s services to manage payments for services you render and seek to have paid from Customer’s insurance claims, you must submit a request for iink to reach out to that Customer for our endorsement services (“Endorsement Request”). When you submit an Endorsement Request, you will provide us the name and email address of your Customer. It is your responsibility to provide any required notices to and obtain any required consents from Customer in providing that information to iink. iink will email Customer at the email address provided and separately collect Customer’s information subject to the iink Privacy Policy

4. Other Information

In addition to the information outlined above, we may automatically collect or receive additional information relating to your use of the Site (collectively, “Other Information”). We have a legitimate interest in using such information to assist in systems administration, information security and abuse prevention, to track user trends, and to analyze the effectiveness of our Site and services. Below are examples of Other Information we collect automatically.

5.1 Log Files

Log files refers to the information that is automatically sent by your web browser or device (or otherwise automatically collected) each time you view or interact with our Site. The information inside the log files may include IP addresses, type of browser, internet service provider, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, clicked pages and any other information your browser may send to us.

We may collect or receive information about you from other businesses that we or you work with to deliver our services to you.

6. Geolocation

Our Site may utilize location services on your mobile device to collect and use location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device. If you consent to the utilization of location services, we may use GPS, Bluetooth, your device’s unique identifier, and/or your IP Address, along with Wi-Fi and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your device’s geolocation. This location data is utilized to initiate notifications or deliver services requested by you. We maintain location data records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services. We will collect geolocation data only if you consent, and we will notify you whether the location services will be always running or only when the App is in use. You may choose to disable location services through our App, but if you do so, you will not receive any notifications or services that require a geolocation. Most mobile devices provide users with the ability to disable location services. These controls are generally located in the device’s settings menu. You can also contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer for more information on disabling location services.

7. How We Use of Your Information

iink uses the information we collect in a variety of ways to operate the Site and deliver the services you have requested. In addition, iink may use information collected on our Site to: (a) provide you the products and services you have requested; (b) inform you of other products or services available from iink, its affiliates, or other third parties that may interest you; (c) contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered; (d) perform statistical analysis in order to improve our products, services, or Website; (e) communicate with you about products or services we provide you or in response to a question, request or comment you send to us; (f) provide Client support, or arrange for deliveries or services to be delivered to you; (g) personalize your Site experience; (h) prevent, detect, investigate, or remediate security or other legal concerns, including fraud (i) protect the rights, property, or safety of iink, Site users, Customers, Clients, or our other Authorized Users or users, or any other person or the copyright-protected content of the Site; (j) comply with applicable laws, regulations or industry requirements, or respond to subpoenas or government requests; (k) fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it or consent

8. How We Share Your Information

We may share information collected about you in the following situations:

8.1 With service providers

We share information about you with service providers to perform functions and process your data and to help provide our services including hosting and storage providers, etc.

8.2 With third parties to process your requests or provide you services

We share and disclose your information as necessary with our other Business Clients and other third parties (such as contractors, adjusters, inspectors, state governing authorities, insurance and mortgage companies) and Customers with whom you interact or work in conjunction with processing your request or transaction or providing you services;

8.3 With third parties for legal or security reasons

We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to: (a) comply with any valid legal process, governmental request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation; (b) investigate, remedy, or enforce potential violations of our Terms of Use or Client Privacy Policy or any other policies; (c) protect the rights, property, and safety of us, our users, or others; (d) Detect and resolve any fraud or security concerns.

8.4 With third parties as part of an acquisition or liquidation:

We are involved in a merger, asset sale, financing, corporate divestiture, reorganization, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company or if we undergo liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings, we may share your information in connection with such transaction or proceeding before and or after the transaction closes or the proceedings are completed.

iink uses industry standard physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your information. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. 14. Social Media Features

Our Site includes links to social media features, such as links to our Facebook page. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting while using our services, and any Facebook cookies on your device (including your Facebook ID). These services may set cookies to enable the feature to function properly. Please note that the social media services may collect this information even if you are not logged in to the relevant social media account when you are using the services. Our Site does not support Do Not Track (DNT) at this time.
